XDUCER Firmware update

I recently purchased a new set of Humidity and Temperature sensors and I wanted to upgrade two that I had previously to the current firmware version. When I attempted to perform the upgrade on one of the older devices it failed. Now the device does not seem to be working at all. I have attached a screen capture of the process. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Assuming you have the correct firmware on hand, you basically cycle power and hit the ‘flash’ button on the ‘ISPTool’ firmware tool. (Update a single device, not the update many devices)
