I cannot get the Analog Humidity 0-10v to read. The voltage out stays at 10.25 v.i have switch jumpers,but no change.I have no bacnet connection to this device,just 0-10v. is there a software enable that will allow me to use this.
Yes, you can use our T3000 software to connect to the device over RS485, or if the sensor has an ethernet port you can connect it to the lan. Download the software from the web page of the product, or here’s a direct link:

Hit the magnifying glass icon to discover the device and then navigate to the advanced settings, there’s many parameters you can set up there:
Update: But as Lijun points out further down, the analog voltage is set with a jumper.
