EEP is Done
RTC is Done
After “EEP is Done” and “RTC is Done”, “Net is Done” appears, so there should be a problem with the initialization of the network part, and a hardware problem cannot be ruled out.
We will release a new firmware as soon as possible to start the device first. If there is a problem with the network, we will conduct further discussion.

Kindly note that this sensor is from one of our previous orders (received somewhere around 2021) but never used/installed until last week.
You are welcome, Max. Since you mentioned that it was ordered in 2021, I suggest you update the firmware and see how it goes.
The network is unavailable, so please connect to the PC using RS485-USB and open ISPTool.exe in the T3000 folder.Do not power on the device yet.
Select the firmware I attached below, select the COM port corresponding to USB-RS485, set the baud rate to 115200, and use 255 for ID (there is only one device online).
After clicking “FLASH”, power on the device. It will then start updating in bootloader mode.
