There’s some good documents on the product web pages. There’s also help here in the forum of course.
Basically you need to download the T3000 software from the product web page and then hit the magnifying glass icon to scan for devices. Start with one device to keep things simple in the beginning. During the scan you will see the TX led of the RS485 converter blinking away, when there is activity on the RX led that means T3000 has discovered the device. If there’s never any activity on the LEDs you can check that the USB driver is installed and cabling is good. Standing by to help.
