I got a new Duct Mount AirLab. Trying to connect both through T300 and through MODSCAN without result. I changed address, reduced wires, changed BAUD RATE and also ID with no results. I would be happy to help
Is it true that this AirLab has been scanned by T3000 and displayed in the device list? That’s why the baud rate and ID can be changed. In other words, you changed some settings with T3000, so that the T3000 software can no longer connect to it? And what do you mean by “reduced wires”?
If the RS485 cable is connected correctly, no matter what baud rate and ID can be scanned by the T3000.
Show us a few screen shots of what you are seeing please. Also have a look at the lower bottom part of the T3000 screen, there you can see the communications health. If it shows 0% health you know its a driver problem, cable problem, or perhaps a USB converter problem.
