Hi,
getting this spamming pop up on startup: “Attempted an unsupported operation”
I need to skip about a dozen time before I can connect to my local controller.
Tried to display the logs, but the option resets it self at each restart and the dialog is modal so I don’t know how to get more information about it… (is there a command line arg I can run?)
This happens on my laptop, connected to the network over Wifi, but not on my office PC that is hardwired to the network. As far as i can tell after skipping the popup the program behaves as expected and I can connect to the controller and upload programs to it.
This has happened since I installed the software months ago, and kept happening after every update…
Let me know if there is any more information I can provide… (Worst case I should be able to build and run the software in Visual Studio)
It looks like your database file may be corrupted for some other reason.
You can try to update the T3000 to the latest version, (Help->Check for updates ->Update T3000 .) .If there is still a problem, sorry I would like to get more information about the error. Please tell me whether your operating system is WIN7, WIN8, WIN10 or WIN11.
You can try to uninstall the T3000, manually delete the T3000 file residue directory, download and install it again, and then update to see if the problem is resolved.
Thank you for your feedback.
I’m on Win11.
A simple uninstall/reinstall didn’t work, but solved it by uninstalling, deleting all of c:/program files (x86)/T3000/ then reinstalling.
After rediscovering devices I can now launch and access the controller without those pop ups.
Thanks!
