Newbie here. I am using a T3-TB-11i. I am using a USB to Ethernet Adapter. When I click on the magnifying glass the T3000 won’t find the controller. Now what?
… Ok, I went and bought a new adapter and now it works!!
I understand you are connecting from your PC/Laptop over USB to Ethernet and on over to the T3 ethernet port. Are you sure the adapter is working? Why not try from a different PC with a regular Ethernet port to get started.
Try closing off all other Ethernet adapters on your PC such as VPNs and Wifi adapters. Make sure the USB adapter is working.
Set up with Wireshark and see if there’s any data going in/out to the local network.
