Trouble enabling analog out for bacnet control

Hi,
I am not seeing the analog outputs (out13,out14) as available objects in the yabe scan of my device. My own code also does not see them. Things I have tried:
search the forum
upgrade both t3000 and device firmware
set the range to 0.0->10, other values
try to set the status to OK. it would reset to blank
switching the auto/manual to manual and back
reboot any number of times
I can’t seem to attach the screenshot to the post.

Please post a screen shot of the outputs as shown by T3000. You can post images by first putting the image on the clipboard, then hit ctrl-V while editing your forum post. I use snaggit for screen shots, it makes communicating online and in emails easy.

Make sure there are no random devices writing to the outputs over the network during your testing.

Does the device actually have outputs 13 and 14. At Tab1 you can see whether its on board IO or perhaps its expansion or virtual IO

At Tab2 you should set a range there, the default looks to be 0-100% (0-10V)

At Tab3 and 4 you can set some user friendly names, that will help to spot the items in the bacnet objects.

Yabe only discovers bacnet objects during the initial bacnet discovery, if you make changes to the analog output from T3000 you will need to do another bacnet discovery from Yabe.

Maurice, I just assumed that the t10e had the analog outs because the backplate and the brochure show it. I would be greatly annoyed if that was not the case.

I had assumed that when I switched devices, it would reload the object list. I killed yabe, restarted it, removed the local device and thenadded it. Same thing.

I am seeing something strange there, all the outputs are showing as virtual at Tab1. However down below at Tab2 the communications shows good. Its as if perhaps you had a virtual device in your system before and now its connected to a real device. Fandu will study and report back shortly.

  1. Tstat10 has 5 digital outputs and 2 analog outputs.
  2. Please update T3000 to the version of Mar 20.
  3. Modify the range of out6 and out7.
  4. You will be able to scan for the corresponding objects in the Bacnet tool.
  5. You can also read them from your software.
    Thank you!

I now see the analog outputs in yabe. thanks for fixing this.
