How do I resolve this issue with the graphics? My T3000 software says it is up to date.
my doing the same thing can i do to fix it
Fandu did a new release recently, please try an update and report back here.
Fandu will work on this (again).
If there’s any setting I can try on my end, let me know. Thanks so much. I have everything connected and excited to get some graphics going to show!
We have done some testing and see that it may be related to some garbage accumulating in the cache. You can manually delete the following cache directories, many PC AppData these directories are hidden, you may need to show the hidden directory first and then delete.
Although the code has added the ability to automatically remove caches, sometimes these caches still affect the webview. If you encounter problems you can give this a try deleting the cache folders.
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\T3000\EBWebView
Some operating system paths may be different and the changes only take effect after a reboot.
We’re working on a more robust solution, more news soon.
Please try to update T3000 again . Today we have updated a new version of T3000 to fix the web cache issue.
T3000 new version (Sep 23)
Yes, that’s one of the problems I get a lot. Another colleague Alaa will help solve it, thank you.
Cant open the graphics hvac drawer. What seems to be the problem. T3000 is up to date new version dated September 23, 2024.
I will have the team check this out… again.
Yes. Please do so. We have an on-going projects that requires some graphics especially HVAC Controls & monitoring and Power Monitoring (KWH Consumption Monitoring). These are all High Level Interfacing with Bacnet and Modbus protocol. We need to incorporate some points/parameters that needs to be monitored and controlled. Hope to received feedback soon.
Thank you!
These instructions worked for me.
- Deleted the whole folder at: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\T3000\EBWebView
- Open and update the T3000 software (maybe at first cannot load still displays)
- If Graphics still doesn’t load, repeat the steps for several times until the Graphics load.
Thanks Erwin,
Fandu will be working on this till its solved once & for all. If it happens again we are interested to check on this more with your help. We havent been able to reproduce it on any machines lately.
Hi Fan_Du. Last time have already loaded the graphics page and it is working. We have shut down the computer after testing and leave it for a couple of days. When we go back, we have tried to open again the graphics, and the picture attached below is what happen. We’re hoping for some instructions to fix the issue. Thank you!
Please try to update T3000 software version to “Oct 10 2024” , One of our colleagues updated a dynamic link library that I tested on several different PCS and worked. We will continue to improve this feature. Thanks!
