Tstat10 graphics lose points then software closes

2 ISSUES GOING ON, THE SETUP WINDOW WON’T GO AWAY, EVEN WHEN I CLOSE THE SOFTWARE. A COMPUTER RESTART IS REQUIRED.

2ND, THE GRAPHICS POINTS LOAD FOR 1 SECOND, THEN GO ALL TO 0, THEN WHEN I REOPEN THE GRAPHICS WINDOW THE SOFTWARE CLOSES. I UPDATED T3000 A FEW DAYS AGO AND THE COMPUTER IS A NEWER INTEL NUC WITH NO OTHER SOFTWARE ISSUES.
