Can you make available the factory default .prog for the Tstat10? I’ve tried the Clear Device button in the Settings tab, but the temperature is not showing up properly.
If your Tstat10 contains wifi, please load this file with wifi connection. This file is the configuration we shipped.
If your Tstat10 does not contain wifi, use the MSTP protocol under RS485, Load this configuration file. In the next version of T3000.exe, we will support loading these configuration files under modBus RS485
