RS485 modbus network goes down after 10-16 hours

Have T3-BB and 2 TStats 10

After 10-16 hours (usually during night since I’m currently configuring my system) my RS485 subnet goes dead.

The 2 Tstats10 are up and running (visually at least), but there is no communication, no data exchange between them and the T3-BB.

This morning I had to move the 2 Tstats10 from the Secondary network to the Main network on the T3-BB to be able to get them back online. Will see what happen tomorrow and if either subnet will work.

Everything is suppose to be latest version in fact the TStats.

Is there a way to get more stability, because resetting everything every day make no sense

For tricky communications problems as you describe, the best bet is to get some logging software to capture all those packets and study what is going on. If there’s too much polling going on or if there’s data collisions & lost packets you will see it all there. We use a program called docklight and Modbuspoll. There’s a free tier with modbus poll.
