I have a Tstat10 Wi-Fi connected to a ME337 via rs485 using MODBUS protocol to collect voltage and current data. I am using a third part micro controller to collect temperature data from sensors connected to the Tstat10 as well as the voltage and current information. Everything works well for about 10 to 16 hours at which point the RS485 link appears to fail. The only indication I have that this occurs is that the values from the ME337 no longer update. The micro controller still has access via Wi-Fi and T3000 still can connect via Wi-Fi as well. The only action that corrects the problem is to reboot the Tstat10
The usual solutions would include:
-Try halving the polling rate, see if that has any effect.
-Get a data logger going in parallel with all the traffic, log everything and see if you can spot anything in there.
-Update the firmware on the Tstat10.
-If you are doing a lot of polling over teh Wifi try reducing that as well.
We’re standing by to help.
I have the same issue… after 10-16 hours my two Tstat10 lose communication.
I have to shutdown everything and restart for them to be seen again, seem the modbus subnet get totally kill. This morning I even had to change them from secondary subnet to main.
My TSat are 66.1 and T3-BB is version 66.3. Wish I had buy WIFI one, so I would not needed to use RS485
