I’m plugged into a TStat10 and T3000 is able to discover the TStat10 (it shows up in the Scan Result window), but the TStat10 does not appear in the Building View.
If you can provide some screenshots and information, it will be easier for us to find the problem, such as firmware version, T3000 version, and how to connect? RS485 or Ethernet?etc.
On T3000, under the “Help” menu I select “Version History” then nothing happens, so I don’t see how to answer which version of T3000 I have. I did update it today so I assume that I have the latest version.
I connected to the TStat10 via RS485.
Because the TStat10 does not appear in the Building View, I’m unable to see what firmware version it is.
The red box above is the version. I have just tested the TSTAT10 RS485 connection myself and it can be displayed in the list.
Thanks.
My T3000 version is Nov 1 2024 08.
Any ideas why my TStat10 is not showing up in my list?
So what is the communication protocol? Modbus or BACnet? If it is modbus, you can right-click in the Building View, “Add modbus device”, select the corresponding COM port and baud rate, use 255 for ID, and click “Connect”.
