is it any way to set universal input as a digital sourcing input ?
( now , digital input needed ground in the circuit , but i need digital input work with voltage(24VDC) )
We dont have a setting for that type of signal unfortunately, you could set the signal type to 10VDC and put a voltage divider ahead of the input terminals. A 10k and a 7k resistor would divide the 24V down to 10V.

You could also use a 24VDC relay, we could round some up for you if they’re not already on the web site. If you’re doing a lot of this type of interfacing we could consider adding some hardware to the controllers.
