Adding expansion module to t3000 controller

I have a t3-tb-11i in the main building and have some equipment in another building that I need 6-8 inputs and outputs for. If I add a T3E-886 and connect it to my main controller through modbus, will the inputs and outputs on the expansion module show up in the same controller or will they show up on the building view list as another controller? Can I show points from both buildings in 1 graphic screen?
