Third party integration to a T3 controller MSTP bus

I’m using a third party front end with a few T3-TB controllers over IP. A couple of the T3 controllers have a MSTP network as well. A Bacnet discovery will only find the three (3) T3 controllers but nothing on the MSTP bus. It doesn’t matter whether I’m using MSTP Main or MSTP Sub-Net. Is this to be expected or am I missing a step?

Glad to hear that you are using our products in more challenging environments, we’re here to fix and improve our system. Could you please send a wireshark log of the ethernet traffic to get started.
