Webview: adding links to other graphics screens

Hi All,
I’m trying out the Webview inside the T3000 software. However, I’m having some trouble with the changing graphics screen function. My current setup is I have two graphics screen, 1 and 2. In the first screen, I have an arrow icon that is linked to the second screen.

However, when I click on the arrow, the screen is not change to the 2nd graphics, and the T3000 software display an error message “Panel is invalid or index is invalid”. The T3-TB device panel number is set to 1.

I have updated the app to the latest version of Jul 15, 2025.

Hi, any updates on this topic? Using the compiled T3000 software or building from source still result in “Panel is invalid” error. Can you reproduce this error on your side?

A valid panel number should be between 1 and 254. Could you provide more details? What device did you select? Which object did you link? More detailed operation steps will make it easier to find the root cause of the problem.

Please Update your T3000 software to fix this .
Help->Check for updates ->Update T3000 .

HI,

I would like to know why the entry list does not appear when I try to select an input, for example IN1.

I am using a TSTAT10 controller with the latest version of the T3000 software, and the software is fully updated.

In the HVAC Drawer, when I click on “Link with an entry” and then open “Select Entry”, the list is empty and I cannot select IN1 or any other input.

However, IN1 is correctly configured and working in T3000, and I can see its real-time temperature value in the Classical Graphic View.

Could you please let me know what I need to do to make the entries appear in HVAC Drawer?

The current version of the HVAC Drawer only supports devices connected
over the network (WiFi/Ethernet). Devices connected via RS485 serial
are not yet supported, which is why the input list does not appear in
a serial connection.

If your TSTAT10 is the ESP32 version, please connect it to your local
network over WiFi. Once it is linked to T3000 through the network,
IN1 and the other inputs will show up in the “Select Entry” list as
expected.

Support for serial-connected devices will be added in a future release,
so that RS485-connected units can also use this HVAC Drawer feature.

Thank you very much for your explanation and support. Now I understand why the inputs do not appear in the HVAC Drawer when using the RS485 connection.

Unfortunately, my TSTAT10 is not the ESP32 version, so at the moment I cannot connect it through WiFi.

I hope that support for RS485-connected devices in HVAC Drawer will be available in a future release, hopefully very soon. This would be a very useful feature for users working with controllers through RS485.

Fandu and the team will fix this, it shouldnt matter how you’re connected. HVAC draw should work the same way, either way. More news soon.
