Does the T10 Temperature Sensor usually good or does it need calibration ?
What is the best way/tools to calibrate the sensor?

The sensor is rated to +/- 0.5 DegC which is roughly 1F.
Make sure the thermostat is mounted on a wall in the vertical position to allow for convection.
there is internal heating which needs to be vented by convection.
Make sure there’s no downdrafts or direct solar irradiation.
