T3000 update shows Aug 5 2022 09

The latest update as of may 14th 2026 shows Aug 5 2022 09 in title bar.
The update says 1.2.1 when updating
If you run updater again it never says you have the latest version and updates again.
I have a new t3-tb-11i
I had considerable trouble with ip you have to wait for the sggested ip change in red and say ok to it nothing else i tried worked.
I am trying to enable the main rs485 port to modbus slave but it keeps flipping to master.

There’s two updates to be aware of.
T3000 the front end.
T3 device, the firmware on the device itself.

You can update both in T3000
T3000 → about → Check for updates
Update T3000 < Do this first, updates T3000.exe on your PC.
Update device firmware <To update the device itself.

Standing by to help out more

I ran into this yesterday.
What I learned, is if you go into downloads, you will see the T3000 update folder.
For some reason, the update isn’t completing the update after unzipping the folder.

Look around and find the T3000 program file, right click it and pin it to the task bar. You can also launch it from the download folder but you will have to find it each time.

This is the 1st time I have had an update do this but I did find a work-around.

Uninstalled old t3000 and loaded from software on temco this got me to 2023
Then did update and got to apr 29 2026 and now updater says i have latest version.

Maurice i got the rs485 working was pin out on my end

I just need to figure out negative numbers on tb 11i
Its different then my old t3 22i.
I looked at the register map and they refer to floating is this ieee float?

Thanks for getting back to me so fast

I am not fully following that question there Brian, but the T3000 → tools → modbus register tool is my goto utility for integrating with Modbus.

Also you will find a big db of modbus registers in the T3000 install folder. Search around for *.mdb or xls, sorry I forgot what format its stored.

Here’s a link but this is not updated as often as the one which is copied during T3000 installation: https://temcocontrols.com/ftp/software/03ModbusBacnetRegistersList.xlsx

I got my math in the hmi working.
I connected the new 22i to the tb and they started communicating via the rs485 and the 22i channels got added to the tb inputs as external.
They work without addressing. Im impressed!

Good to hear it, we’re standing by to help more.
