T3000 Modbus Register Map

Hi, I have a T3-TB-11i, it has 6 relays and 5 analog outputs. I would like to just poke in values to turn relays on/off and set the analog values using a Modbus program. Does anyone know what those addresses are?

I dont know the register numbers off hand but this Modbus viewer tool will be helpful. Here you can see the registers, register type, the names and the current value.
