Just did a firmware update now all i have is a green on light.
Have tried isp mode and no luck.

Please try the ISP update several times, sometimes it may fail for various reasons.
Also try different baud rates. The common ones are 9600, 19200, and 115200.
Also search this forum for keyword ‘unbricking’ and you will see many details about recovering a partially progreammed device.
