I have a T3-OEM that I can access and work with using T3000, however, for some reason the Screen has gone dark, and the keypad no longer functions in spite of being set to always on. I have attempted to both clear the T3-OEM and download new firmware with no success. When downloading firmware ten retry attempts are made then an unstable network failure occurs.
The display should flash a few times after power up, that’s the period when you can do a flash update with the ISPTool. If you dont see any backlight flashing after power up and you cannot do a firmware update right after power up, the device could be dead.
