I have three T3_OEM’s that are not functioning properly. When powering up one it lights up the screen then appears to lockup (does not perform the typical screen flash etc). One has an extremely dim backlit and does not respond to MY_SCAN. The third just has an extremely dim backlite. Is there any further corrective action I can take?
I would test with a single unit, no network or other devices on the same power supply. If that isnt communicating then it may be a hardware issue.
Remember: If any single device on the network has 24vac crossed up with respect to the others that can cause problems. There;s components and firmware on board to protect in this situation but it depends on the voltages, ac/dc, how many devices and so on.
