I received a new set of T3-NANO and updated all the firmware, I cant connect to BACnet on MAIN or SUB. I have tried numberous settings.
Difficult to diagnose the problem from the info provided so far. Let us know all the things you have tried, show a few screen shots and I will make more detailed suggestions.
My usual routine would be to start with a known good setup and start swapping items out. Connect your PC to any device over RS485 and confirm that the device, T3000 software, cable, USB to RS485 converter are all working. Introduce new items one at a time.
Also you can connect to the Nano over Ethernet first and make sure the RS485 communications are set up correctly.
Make note of the RS485 leds, if you have data gpoing out of the nano the TX led will light up, same for the RX led. Make sure those are doing what you’d expect.
