I am new here, I am having difficulty downloading the software. I have downloaded the software twice I am able to open once and after that I am not able to do so. If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
I assume you were able to unzip and do the installation.
The software should run on any low end Win10 or 11 machine. Try another machine if you have one around.
Show a couple screen shots and perhaps we can pick something out from that.
Thank you Maurice. I got to download it on another laptop successfully. I just got my USB-RS485 that I would try and discover my device. I would let you know how that works.
