The latest T3000 front end clears this up, there were a lot of false negatives with the online/offline state of the devices. There’s still a few false positives, the team is working on that.

T3000 Revisions for the software release of Feb 21, 2020

Fixed a problem with display anomalies, subnet devices showing offline intermittently. T3000 version should later than 2020 02 21 T3 Firmware version should be 50.4 .
