In some T3-TB controllers, run status of certain programs appears as ‘‘Ábnormal’’. However the same program runs on other controllers with no issue while showing the status as ‘‘Normal’’
We had a issue like this and all went back to normal after updating T3000 front end.

Update the firmware in the controller as well please, there was a fix in firmware for this a while back.
