I have an outdoor weather station, and the light level gives a valid reading, but the temperature and humidity always read 0. I’ve connected with T3000, and updated the firmware, but I still can’t get the temperature and humidity to read. I’ve verified the wiring between the sensor and base station, and have found no issues.
Stand by for some tips first thing next week. There were some changes wrt to hum recently, mounting the sensor element in a new location to reduce internal heat gain.
From the model you provided, your sensor is as follows. On the same I2C bus, the light sensor has readings, but the temperature and humidity do not. This means that the connection is fine. It is likely that the temperature and humidity sensor is damaged or the sensor is poorly soldered. Please contact customer service and we can help you repair it.
