The T3000 software does not synch unit types 101,102,103, and 104 properly. T3000 does not reflect edited matching table. Type 104 does not appear to be usable. and they do not upload properly from a Tstat10. Both firmware and t3000 are current.
Yes, we already confirmed this issue, only 101,102,103 are available, T3000 will delete unit types 104 in next version.
OK but can the display issue with types 101,102, and 103 within the T3000 software be corrected please? What is displayed in the units column as well as within the select range number popup does not reflect the actual multistate variable table values after an edit.
I have to apologize my previous note is slightly misleading. The displayed list does update after an edit, however, if you close the variable list and reopen it the values revert to the previous list. Perhaps the solution is a simple as making sure the description of the multistate variables is updated when the page is opened so it does not revert to a previously cached value.
Chelsea is off for the weekend, will check this again first thing on Monday.
What revision are you using? The latest one on FTP is rev66.5. I tested it and saw no problems. After power cycle, T3000 and T10 kept their existing configurations.
I just performed an update and the problem persists. Neither the tstat10 or the T3000 software is losing existing configuration. Hopefully this is a better description of the problem
The Var defintions
The text in the Units fields of Var1 and Var2 are from a previous project I saved

If you edit a multistate table the correct information is displays in the range selection and var definition widows until the t3000 software is restarted at which point it reverts to the originally saved text. The Tstat10 appears to function properly
Maybe you should update T3000. It is my test result.
I restarted Tstat10 and T3000 after changed something. The words were kept.
I apologize for not replying using the forum, but I did I could not find a method to include a file. I have attached the preliminary program for the four zone standalone Tstat10 controller that is causing the issue. MY_UPDATE tells me that T3000 is up to date. If there is a better method of staying current please let me know. I have also discovered a separate issue. The number format displayed of Var3 is changed by this program when you load a multistate variable ( var1 <>0 and var2 = 6). This is probably a more aggressive use of the display than you intended.

I loaded your prog file which had 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 filled in normally. I edited by adding 5, 6, 7, cycled power, all seems normal. I erased the prog file and reloaded it, all seems normal with all 7 states filled in. Here is my prog file with all three multi state variables filled in, try loading this to your controller.
