MSV value issues

The tables associated with MSV values do not appear to be being saved and loaded when transporting a project between controllers.

When reconnecting with a previously configured controller any variable defined as MSV value retains its variable definition but is displayed as unused.

VAR1 and VAR2 are both MSV

The definition area of the multistate values does not display values unless an edit is done.

While you are looking at these issues would it be possible to expand the number of states possible beyond the current 8?

I believe this is an old issue, please update your T3000 front end and also the device firmware while you’re at it.

I have updated the T3000 software and the problem persists.
I cannot update the firmware on the target T3-OEM or a TSTAT10. The T3000 software has 100% communication quality but I get the following when attempting a firmware update

If the MSV values appear after you click Edit, but the names are missing, then this is a bug. We have confirmed this on our side and it will be fixed in an upcoming update.

If the MSV values do not appear even after clicking Edit, then please check whether the .prog file was created with a very old version of T3000. The early versions did not include MSV support, so loading those files may cause missing MSV tables.

From your screenshot, the firmware was not downloaded successfully. This usually means the T3000 updater could not access our firmware download server. Please check your network connection and make sure any VPN, proxy, or security software is disabled during the update.
