I’m looking for a 3 phase power meter that I can use to measure the motor power in a vertical milling machine. The motor in my mill is connected to a VFD, and the VFD is powered from single phase. I typically run the motor between 30 and 60 Hz (would like to go to 100 Hz some day). Is it possible to connect the ME337 after the VFD?
We have clients installing the ME337 on three phase shop machinery as you describe. I guess your question is mainly can the ME337 can handle 100Hz, off the top of my head it should be no trouble. Do check the data sheets and if that info is not there I will have the team add it.
