There’s a lot to unpack here but since you are mentioning version numbers, you may as well make sure you have the latest of everything. Update T3000 by going to T3000-> about → check for updates.
In that same dialog you can update the device firmware, all devices should have the latest version. If you are having trouble with the updates there’s plenty of tips on how to get through that. In particular, connect to one device at a time, use the Ethernet port and/or the RS485 port, try both.
