When I move from one device to another in my system (device) tree a window appears “Establishing Bacnet MSTP connection, please wait”. It appears to be reading all devices on the network before it connects to my selected device. Is this normal? It seems to take a lot of time while switching from one device to another.
Hvent heard of this behaviour before. I’d do a firmware update and update the T3000 application itself. If it persists you can send a couple screen shots and perhaps we can pick something up from that. In particular the communications health at the bottom of the screen and also the communications settings for the devices.
Please update the device firmware as well.
Show the communications health status line along the bottom of the T3000 UI
Show the panel ID parameter screen
Show the communications settings screen for the device.
