I faced problem with set up IP adress at that kind of controller.
What does the step of Ip change I need follow??and after few times i changed it didn’t got the message and i could ping the controller.
This means T3000 cannot find a valid network adapter.
If you have a VPN enabled, please turn it off and try again.
You can also try restarting the PC.
If possible, please send a screenshot of your network settings.
There’s no factory reset using jumpers or switches as you may be envisioning. Once you are connected using the T3000 software you can clear the program. Certain parameters like the communications and panel ID are retained after this is done, to help maintain connectivity to the T3000 software.
Lijun’s tips about your network card are your best best. Turn off any vitual adapters, wifi connections and so forth. If you are operating in a virtual environment try a simpler setup to get started. Show us the network adapters on the system.
